St Patrick's Cathedral - 20 minutes from Red Cow Moran Hotel

St Patrick's Cathedral is one of Ireland most visited tourists attractions and a must see while visiting Dublin.

Built over 800 years ago in honor of Ireland’s patron saint, Saint Patrick’s Cathedral stands adjacent to the famous well where tradition has it Saint Patrick baptized converts on his visit to Dublin. It is open daily to the public while no service is in progress and visitors can experience the historic presence still alive in the present day. The church was originally built between 1200 and 1270. It is an absolute pleasure to visit.
