1. Accommodation reservations must be made online using your unique member login & password on www.redcowmoranhotel.com
  2. The scheme applies to the Red Cow Moran Hotel, Dublin
  3. Points are earned on accommodation bookings only
  4. A minimum of 150 points are required for redemption
  5. Points earned can be viewed online at any time
  6. Points will not be awarded for cancelled bookings or non-arrivals
  7. All bookings made are subject to availability & standard booking terms & conditions
  8. Points will be valid for 12 months from the date earned
  9. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  10. If members are not permitted by their company to accept gifts personally, The Red Cow Moran Hotel will be happy to arrange for the gifts to be supplied for use as spot prizes at company functions. Alternatively they can be donated to a charity of choice
  11. Membership is at the discretion of the Red Cow Moran Hotel and can be withdrawn at any time
  12. The Red Cow Moran Hotel reserves the right to change, withdraw or amend part or all of the programme and or its terms & conditions at any time
  13. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of request for redemption
  14. To qualify for points, all business must be pre-booked directly online
  15. Points cannot be issued retrospectively for bookings made (prior) to your membership of the Red Cow Rewards Scheme
  16. Points are restricted to bookings for accommodation at our standard published tariff and agreed corporate business rate (unless otherwise stated)
  17. Red Cow Rewards Members may only receive Rewards Points for a maximum of two rooms - one self-occupied room and one other room. The additional room must booked in the members name and paid for by the Red Cow Rewards Member
  18. The Red Cow Rewards scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or special offer or corporate discount unless specified
  19. Red Cow Rewards Points WILL NOT be awarded or received for: (a) charges incurred for conferences including room hire and food and beverages and banquet functions or (b) third party travel websites such as expedia.com, lastminute.com, laterooms.com and booking.com, FIT rates, Fam rates, Tour Group or Series rates and any discounted promotional rates via third party agents such as Superbreaks, etc. (sample list of third party travel websites and agents given and list not exhaustive)
  20. Red Cow Rewards benefits are awarded to Red Cow Rewards Members and are based on two levels of room night production: Level A (0-40 room nights) and Level B (+40 room nights)
  21. Red Cow Rewards benefits are subject to availability and can be altered by the Red Cow Moran Hotel at its sole discretion either partially or wholly
  22. A Red Cow Rewards Membership may be terminated by the Red Cow Moran Hotel at any time
  23. These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the parties submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts
  24. The Red Cow Rewards Scheme will supersede and replace all other loyalty programmes operated by the Red Cow Moran Hotel
  25. The Red Cow Moran Hotel will not be prejudiced or restricted by any indulgence of forbearance extended to the Red Cow Rewards member. No waiver by the Red Cow Moran Hotel in respect of a breach of these terms and conditions shall operate as a waiver in respect of any subsequent breach of these terms and conditions
