We are taking additional measures as recommended by the HSE to ensure our cleaning and hygiene practices are even more meticulous:

Sanitisation stations
Electrostatic sprayer for bedroom sanitisation
Contactless payments
Medical grade cleaning
Socially distanced facilities
Sneeze guards at reception
Regular staff temperature checks

Our team are prepared and briefed regularly in order to be able to act swiftly should we be alerted to a case of coronavirus amongst hotel guests or our employees.


Booking Flexibility

Due to the disruption of travel as a result of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we have amended the cancellation policy at the Red Cow Moran Hotel for stays up to December 31st 2020. Bookings made through our own website @ www.redcowmoranhotel.com or directly through our reservations team may now be cancelled without charge up to 12pm on the day of arrival.

You will be asked to complete a Covid Health Declaration form and advise your receptionist of where you have travelled from. You may also be requested to have your temperature checked.

If you need to adjust reservations made via the www.redcowmoranhotel.com website, please contact a member of our reservations team. If you need to adjust reservations made through another travel site, please contact them directly for assistance.
