The safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees remains our highest priority as the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve.
Health and Hygiene
We are taking additional measures as recommended by the HSE to ensure our cleaning and hygiene practices are even more meticulous:
- We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobbies, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.) using hospital-grade disinfectant
- We have increased the deployment of hand sanitizers throughout the building
- We have closed all public food and beverage areas with the exception of Tom’s Table Restaurant which remains open in order to facilitate hotel guests. Buffet/self service has been suspended and all seating arrangements are taking into consideration recommended social distancing
Our team are prepared and briefed regularly in order to be able to act swiftly should we be alerted to a case of coronavirus amongst hotel guests or our employees.
Due to the disruption of travel as a result of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we have amended the cancellation policy at the Red Cow Moran Hotel for stays in March, April & May 2020. Bookings made through our own website @ www.redcowmoranhotel.com or directly through our reservations team may now be cancelled without charge up to 12pm on the day of arrival.
