Q: Where is the Red Cow Moran Hotel located?
A: The Red Cow Moran Hotel is located on the N7 Naas Road just off the Red Cow Interchange, next to the M50 and a short distance from Dublin City Centre. The hotel is easily accessible from all corners of the country, Dublin Airport and Heuston and Connolly Stations.

Q: Can I get the Aircoach from Dublin Airport?
A: An Airport Shuttle Service collects and drops off at the Red Cow Luas Stop; a short walk from the Red Cow Moran Hotel and takes approx. 20 minutes to get to Dublin Airport. This shuttle is operated by Dublin Coach and is a 24h service. Tickets are available for purchase from the driver or can be booked online. Q: How far is it to walk from the Red Cow Moran Hotel to the Luas stop?
A: The Red Cow Luas stop (Red Line) is a short walk from the Red Cow Moran Hotel via a safe walkway (distance is approx 700m)

Q: Where can I go on the Luas?
A: The Red Line extends from Tallaght, in the South West of Dublin, through the City Centre, to 3Arena in Dublin’s Docklands. This convenient transport network connects visitors to Dublin with many of the City's most popular tourist attractions such as the Guinness Storehouse, Kilmainham Gaol, Dublin Zoo, Old Jameson Whiskey Distillery, O’Connell Street and The Spire, Dublin Convention Centre and 3Arena. Linking the red and the green lines; Luas Cross City makes its way from St Stephen’s Green to Broombridge in Cabra with connections in between to the likes of Dundrum Town Center, Imaginosity (Stillorgan Stop) and Carrickmines Park.

Q: What time is check -out?
A: Check-out is 12pm on day of departure.

Q: Is it possible to get a late check-out?
A: Late check-out is subject to availability and a charge of €10 per hour will apply. Please ask reception for more details.

Q: What time is check-in?
A: Check-in is from 2pm on day of arrival. Earlier check-in is subject to room availability. For this reason, the only way to guarantee early check-in is to book the room from the day prior to arrival. If it is not possible to avail of early check-in, our guests are welcome to leave their luggage with our Front Office team at the reception area.

Q: How old do I have to be to check-in?
A: In order to check-in to our hotel, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you must be accompanied by somebody aged 18* or older.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: To cancel your hotel booking, direct contact must be made with the hotel by 2pm local time the day prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in the first night's accommodation being charged. Any deposit or booking fees that have already been processed are also non-refundable. All Advance Purchase rates are prepaid, non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Q: Do I need a credit card at the time of booking?
A: The credit card details provided at the time of booking will guarantee the reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to check the credit card by taking a pre-authorisation to ensure that it is valid and/or sufficient funds are available. The card will only be charged in advance where a prepaid rate has been booked.

Q: What are the room types available at the Red Cow Moran Hotel?
A: Whether you’re here on business or pleasure, a conference delegate or a wedding guest, we’ve got room for you in one of our 315 quiet, spacious and extremely comfortable guestrooms and 4 bespoke long term apartments. Room types available include deluxe standard, executive, deluxe junior suites, luxury one bedroom suites and our brand new superior winter garden bedrooms and bespoke long term apartments.

Q: Do you have family rooms?
A: Our extra-spacious family rooms have a King-sized bed and one or two single beds with hypo-allergenic fluffy pillows and warm, 'dive into bed duvets' to help you get a great night’s sleep and wake up fresh and energised for your Dublin adventure. For more information, please click here.

Q: Do you have cots/cribs for children?
A: Cots/cribs are available from the accommodation services office, subject to availability and free of charge.

Q: Are pets permitted?
A: Only certified guide dogs are permitted in our hotel.

Q: Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
A: At the Red Cow Moran Hotel, we fully understand your requirements if you use a wheelchair, have a disability or travel with carers. By combining comfort with luxury, we have created 17 guestrooms which have been adapted for wheelchair access. Please click here for the facilities available in the wheelchair accessible rooms.

Q: Does the hotel provide international adaptors?
A: Voltage in the hotel is 230 volts. Adaptors are required for electrical items with US Voltage of 120. European sockets are in all guestrooms located in the West Wing of the hotel. A limited supply of adaptors are available at reception and also are available for purchase from the vending machine located on the ground floor.

Q: Do you offer hairdryers in your guestrooms?
A: All of our bedrooms are equipped with a hairdryer for your complimentary use.

Q: Do you provide irons and ironing boards for use during my stay?
A: Irons and ironing boards are located in the wardrobe in all the guestrooms in our hotel.

Q: Is the hotel air-conditioned?
A: Guestrooms and Suites numbered between 145 and 440 feature individual climate control panels on the wall. Guestrooms and Suites between 1101 and 6124 feature storage heaters. A limited supply of fans are available by contacing reception.

Q: Do you have interconnecting rooms?
A: We have a selection of interconnecting rooms available. Please check with Reservations at time of booking.

Q: Do you have 24-hour room service?
A: Yes, we offer 24h room service.

Q: Can I arrange for amenities or gifts to be placed in the room? What do you offer?

Q: Is WIFI available in the hotel?
A: Complimentary highspeed WIFI is available throughout the Red Cow Moran Hotel.

Q: What other facilities are available at the hotel?
A: Enjoy a delicious meal prepared from seasonal, fresh and local produce in Atrium Restaurant and Pizza Farm. 'Where great food and great company go hand-in-hand'. If you fancy a pint, a cocktail or a coffee, relax in our cosy Cocktail Bar with polished dark woods, leather seats and open fires. Unwind in our Link Lounge - by day it’s our bustling Coffee Dock but by night it is an atmospheric Wine Bar.

Q: What leisure facilities are available at The Red Cow Moran Hotel?
A: As a hotel guest you can avail of complimentary access to the our state-of-the-art fitness suite. Open from 7am until 11pm the Gym includes cardiovascular, strengthening and conditioning equipment.

Q: Does the hotel have a car park and is it included in the rate?
A: We provide ample car parking facilities for our guests. Our main car park is located outside the main entrance to the hotel. Charges apply and parking is at the owner’s risk. There is a bicycle parking bay at the hotel. Please ask reception for more details.

Q: Can you arrange executive transport?
A: We offer private chauffeur services. Travel in style in one of our 8-seater V-Class Mercedes. Please contact the Hotel directly for fees.

Q: Can you provide babysitting?
A: Babysitting may be provided by prior arrangement with reception. Please give at least 24hr notice and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. The fee is paid directly to the babysitter at the end of the evening.

Q: What time does breakfast start?
A: Breakfast may be taken in your room, either by filling out the breakfast menu card and hanging it outside your door by 4am. Atrium Restaurant offers full Irish breakfast from 7am until 10.30am Monday to Friday and Saturday & Sunday 7am - 11am. If you are departing before this time we would be happy to arrange a continental breakfast for you in your room, please contact reception to let them know. A selection of pastries, scones, teas and coffee are also available from the Coffee Dock in the Link Lounge.
