Our Location
Having the perfect location on the Naas Road by the famous Red Cow Roundabout at the junction of the M50 and the N7 makes it convenient for people coming from just about anywhere in Ireland, including Dublin International Airport. The appropriately-named Red Cow Luas tram stop is just across the road and that will take you to Heuston Station, Connolly Station and Dublin city centre.
Everybody knows where it is and how to get here, but just in case, check the directions.
INTO THE CITY
Across the road from the hotel is the Red Cow stop on the Luas Red Line tramway. This will take you right into the heart of Dublin, to the shopping streets, museums, galleries, theatres, sports grounds, the International Financial Services Centre and the docklands as well as Hesuton and Connolly train stations. OUT OF THE CITY
The M7, M8 and M9 will take you all the way to Limerick, Cork and Waterford. Stay on the M50 ring road for the other main routes to Belfast, Derry, Sligo and Wexford/Rosslaire or to get to Dublin Airport. All roads lead here and that’s another great reason to make the 4 star Red Cow Moran Hotel on Naas Road your base.
PARKING
We heve lots of parking for our guests and our main car park is just outside the front door (charges apply). Please remember that parking is at owner's risk and don't leave valuables in your car. We've also got a bicycle parking bay if you need it. Please ask reception for more details.
From Dublin Airport
Take the M1 toward Dublin City Centre. Then take the first exit for the M50 motorway southbound and continue over the Westlink Toll Bridge to Exit No.9 (N7 - Naas Road Exit/Dublin City Centre). The Red Cow Moran hotel is on the opposite side of the dual carriageway and, to reach it, continue towards the City Centre to the next junction, staying in the left-hand lane (signposted for the Long Mile / N7 road) and follow the flow of traffic as if you were to make a U-turn back up the N7/Naas road.
Alternatively, take Exit 10 (Ballymount). Keep in the left lane and follow the road in to Ballymount Industrial Estate. At the roundabout go straight through and continue as if heading towards M50. You will see us on the right.
From Dublin City Centre
Take any route marked N7 or Naas Road out of the city. The Red Cow Moran Hotel is on the Naas Road on the left-hand side just before the M50 Motorway intersection.
The hotel is also served by bus routes 51, 51b, 13 and 69 Bus from Aston Quay (just off O'Connell Bridge) every 15 minutes and the Red Cow stop on the LUAS tram system red line.
From Dublin Port
Turn left out of the port (City Centre direction) then turn right at the river before the toll bridge. Head along the quay, crossing the River Liffey at the next bridge. Then get into the right-hand lane and stay right. Once on the other side of the river, drive along the quay until reaching Heuston train station, where the road bends to the left. Follow the road onwards noting the signs for the M50/N7 until you reach the M50 roundabout, take the M50 southbound to the next exit.9, Naas Road/SOUTH/N7.

From Dun Laoghaire Port
Turn right out of the port along the old Dun Laoghaire Coast Road, in the direction of the City Centre. Follow the road along the shore until you come to a T-junction, turn left and then right at the traffic lights following signs for City Centre, West, and M50. Following signs for the N7/West/M50 drive down to next major junction and take a left to go up Fosters Ave. Continue to drive straight through every junction following N7/West signs for about 10 miles.
When you reach the Walkinstown Roundabout, take the 3rd exit to the next major junction at the Long Mile Road. Turn left and go up to the 2nd lights where you will be going left onto Naas Road. The Red Cow Moran Hotel is located about 500m on the left-hand side just before the M50 intersection.
